Return Policy - 90 Days

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, you can return it within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Important Points:

• All Melplexion products can be returned within 60 days, even if used, provided they are at least 50% full.
• If you return individual items from a bundle, the full price of the individual products will be charged, and the bundle discount will be void.
• Empty products are not accepted and are not covered by the return policy.
• Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on our website (www.melplexion.com). Orders from third-party websites or stores cannot be refunded.
• A return notification is required; without it, we cannot process the return, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
